Waiting and wandering

it took her away

to heart's great delight

sweet and sway..

When she wishes

for those moments to come

hoping and excited

ready for it all...

She comes to know

the world is disdain

she hides her pain

while all her dreams are in

She learns no lesson

from her experiences

past

she tries and tries

till her breathe last..

Alas! With all hope

lost,

she still remains

the same lonely girl

who gained nothing

but loss again...
